This ONE change will make sales effortless

the most successful businesses all do this

If you change this one thing in your business, sales will become easy. That's a guarantee.

The one thing is:

Change how appealing it is for people to step into your world and find out about you.

Another way of saying that:

What is the first “micro-commitment” you ask of prospects in your marketing and sales process?

I’m not talking about fancy copy, marketing, or tricks here.

Let me explain, then give you a real example.

Often (far too often to be honest) here's what people have to do to step into your world:

  • Get on a discovery call (which they think will be a thinly disguised sales pitch).

  • Spend time on your website reading blogs and whitepapers.

  • Have a sales meeting about becoming a full-blown client.

The issue is this:

  • If these kinds of options are the only way for someone to learn how you can help them, then sales will always be horribly difficult.

It will always be horribly expensive, too.

So instead of focusing on things like your sales script, cold email templates, or pushing harder for referrals from your network, here's what I invite you to do:

Change what you're asking people to say yes to…

So it's an absolute no-brainer…

So that they are excited to say “Yes please! Thank you for the invitation!”…

So that they are even happy to get on a waiting list to take you up on your offer.

If you can do this, it will change absolutely everything.

Sound unrealistic?

Here's an example of what one of our clients did to achieve exactly this, in line with our Art of the InDirect methodology:

In that document, you’ll see the full story of how Steve wanted to speak with hard-to-reach, C-level decision-makers.

Instead of spamming them with pitches, he changed what they were fundamentally being invited to.

(We call this the entry point into your business).

He created a fun, high-status, attractive offer.

…Something that would be good for his prospects’ careers.

…Where they’d get a free gourmet meal and night's entertainment at some of the most attractive, high-status entertainment venues in the city.

Soon, instead of being ignored by senior leaders in his outreach:

He's grown his network of C-level decision-makers by over 2k, and the “entry point” to finding out about his business literally has waiting lists…
