The exact reason you aren't selling (and a simple fix)
fixing this made us an extra £278k.
Hi, it’s Lex from INONDA, and I want to share what may be the exact reason why your revenue growth strategy is failing.
I also want to share a simple fix that skyrocketed our revenue by 278k.
This has nothing to do with getting more leads.
It’s more fundamental:
It’s about how you’re packaging your offerings.
Let’s break this down.
90% of businesses only have a back-end service for sale.
These are usually:
- Bespoke
- Full-service
- Fulfilled by consultation or done-for-you delivery
For example, for our back-end service we:
- Diagnose and fix our clients' end-to-end lead generation and sales process
- Then often build them a full SDR team
It varies depending on what clients specifically need.
It’s a powerful transformation.
The issue is, we used to try and sell it to people as the first thing they bought from us.
In fact, for a while, it was the only thing you could buy from us.
And the issue with that: it’s an enormous commitment for someone who doesn’t yet know or trust us.
Unless you’re a viral sensation, 99% of your potential buyers don’t yet know or trust you.
So what’s the fix?
Every B2B offering should have a choice of packages.
Not doing this lost us hundreds of thousands in sales. It’s probably doing the same to you.
You need 3 packages.
- Front-end
- Mid-range
- Back-end
A front-end lets you deliver a result fast, build trust, and then upsell.
Many companies are stuck in “bespoke land.”
They rely on referrals and partnerships where there's a degree of trust built in.
But they struggle with outbound and closing deals with cold prospects.
The key to breaking this cycle is understanding how to create and sell repeatable, scalable packages.
- How to package your services into three irresistible offers that clients can’t say no to - even if they’ve never heard of you
- The pricing strategy that makes clients eager to buy your most expensive package without doing the "budget dance"
- Why understanding Starbucks’ customer acquisition strategy could be your secret weapon in dominating your market
- Why bespoke offers are killing your business growth - and how to add simple, easy-to-sell packages that guarantee consistent sales
If you’re struggling to sell, it’s not just about getting more leads (though that helps a ton).
It's about your packages.
I hope this helps clarify why you might not be selling and how to address it.
If you have any questions or want some ideas for easy-to-sell packages for your services, hit reply and let me know.
