there's a huge problem with LinkedIn

here are screenshots

The biggest LinkedIn influencers are all talking about it:

Like this guy (who has 62,573 followers by the way)…

And this guy (who has 183, 821 followers)…

So if you’re using LinkedIn to get clients, I recommend you avoid relying on their algorithm.

By all means, keep posting.

But I suggest you also do something more reliable, more consistent, and more certain to deliver ROI for your effort.

My suggestion:

Use some of the lesser-known features of LinkedIn that don’t rely on the algorithm to succeed.

Here are 3 ways to do this:

Three Strategies for More Sales Opportunities in 2025 (Without Relying on the Algorithm)

1. Webinars & LinkedIn Lives

This is one of the fastest and easiest ways to generate hundreds of leads every month on repeat.

LinkedIn loves it when you run live events on their platform because it gives them what they want:

More attention and retention on their platform.

Last year we used LinkedIn Lives to help one client get 2,790 sign-ups (& counting… their January live was their most successful yet with dozens of conversations sprouting with prospects and potential partners).

This week, I’m giving away the full LinkedIn Live Playbook to get 100-300 leads every month.

That playbook will show you the exact process we use to get more leads and customers for our clients, including how to:

  • Pick the right topic that will get your ideal prospect to attend.

  • Present in a compelling way.

  • Effectively promote it.

LinkedIn Lives are really worth doing.

A good LinkedIn webinar process:

  • Collects vast amounts of targeted attention at scale.

  • Educates your prospects so they understand your approach.

  • Positions you as the solution to a problem they’re currently experiencing.

  • Positions you as an undisputed expert.

  • Collects hundreds, (or thousands) of leads and converts them into sales opportunities.

Our process to do all that is laid out step-by-step in the Playbook.

No DM spam.

No constant posting to your feed.

But what if you don’t want to use LinkedIn Lives?

There are more options!

2. LinkedIn Groups

LinkedIn Groups are highly valuable because you’re not reaching out with a sales pitch.

Instead, you’re saying:

“I’m going to connect you with like-minded individuals in a niche, private space where you’ll share valuable resources, connections, and insights.”

  • A space that discusses key topics.

  • A space that promises a mutual exchange of value that will help everyone on their journey.

Why does this work?
Because it’s not about you—it’s about your prospects and what they want.

It’s an easy “yes” because the value is clear, and you’re giving rather than asking.

3. Roundtables & In-Person Events

This is one of the most effective ways to connect with and build a relationship with senior decision-makers.

This is an exclusive roundtable or in-person event that offers:

  • A free lunch.

  • A relaxed networking session.

  • A discussion on an industry topic that’s close to their heart.

How many times do you get invited to an event like that? Not often.

And that’s why it stands out.

If you can orchestrate a high-value, exclusive roundtable:

  • You’ll get in front of the top decision-makers.

  • You’ll be positioned as a valuable industry connector.

  • You’ll build high-value relationships.

The Key to Success in 2025

If you focus on delivering value first, you will naturally build relationships.

And when you build relationships in the right way,
it becomes far easier to run successful campaigns and convert prospects into clients.

No need for organic reach.

No relying on algorithms.

No need for DM spam.
